Organists committee

Liz to doctor. To mosaic (Andrea in tight leggings revealing all - awful) and tai chi. I had to redo mine as it was not supposed to be a spider's web pattern! Opus circulatum. To Balham library and found some more scores. Tidied up back bedroom and moved some scores upstairs. Adrian gave me a lift to Peter's in Orpington for meeting.

Organists

Another hot night and sticky day. To organists committee at Moira's - I was of course late and tried so did not get many of the dates. Peter Sanders keen to contact Anne Shufflebottom about the small organ he has in his garage. I appear to be working on some of the dates.

Dame Mary Peters

To doctor Shah who has replaced Dr Cutler. She is charming but has cold hands! I have pulled a muscle and it should be OK in a week. No hernias! Went along to tai chi to say I was not coming and they wanted my Alaska photos which Liz still has not downloaded. To Battersea Technology college for Outward Bound event sponsored by Deutsche Bank. Eunice the librarian showed me the library. Dame Mary Peters spoke so well and it was great to meet a childhood heroine of mine.Lyn Stagg was very keen on her too. To Moira Budds' home for organists committee meeting. Nigel Groome was there and Andrew Cesana. Cambridge visit likely to be May 23.

Monday 18/2/08

Swam 36 lengths. Had to clean frost off car. Instead of tai chi we did wierd exercises up against the wall. Chinese wall torture? Chinese ballet? Will it be in the olympics? To organists' committee meeting - not many there. Moira has booked a Maidstone visit for next May when it should be Cambridge so will have to find another Saturday. Liz rang from Shrewsbury after a late start and difficult journey getting lost!
