Tuesday quiet morning reading Biog of Prince Philip. Brief chat to Essex folk. Liz went to Moya's funeral at St Chad's. I met Rita and Amir at the cathedral cafe and we saw the Dean. After my trepidation the real reason for the chat emerged. Our leaving the cathedral has meant that the link with the cathedral seems tenuous so we need to find a parishioner who can be a link so James will be approached. Caroline might do it. Suggestion that we record our meeting so a report can be produced and also draft an article to encourage more parishioners to join us. What a relief!
