Southwark cathedral

 SM and B (S did not broadcast) To Southwark cathedral for SPIDIR AGM and study day. Dean Andrew a most interesting cathedral tour. Things I have never noticed. Canon Thomas Sharp (in shorts) on Rahner and death was very interesting. Nice to see Mick. LSi movement zoom inviting our views on synodality. 

Tuesday SM, B and S. To Fairfield hall new cafe for LMP coffee morning. Excellent violin and viola playing Bach solos and the young manager/fixer explained her amazing job. No microphones made it hard to hear much! To quiet time. Liz tested positive for Covid which is a blow. Come dine with me, Drawers off. Green party migration policy zoom. 

Wednesday SM, S and B. To dentist -tooth with big hole X rayed and it has to come out! To interfaith group at the cathedral - 3 of us but a good discussion. Come dine with me, Drawers off, Repair shop, Sewing bee.

Thursday Dennis drove up to King's and we walked across the park. Saw Mr Matthew Jaggard who was very thorough and frank. Knee replacement might not help at all in view of all my other issues! X rays took a while. Home on the bus - very hot. Liz took me to dentist and tooth came out easily. Come dine with me, Drawers off, repair shop. Liz went to St John's Corpus Christi. Hot.

Friday zoom with Kate and Virginia and sorted out mailing for letter to Bishop John. Collected small parcel from Post Office. SM, S and B. Gresham on Inigo Jones. What makes a good judge. It was hot. Come dine, Drawers off, Bridgerton.

Saturday not so hot. SM, S and B. SM Nazareth community including a remarkable lady from Penguin, Tasmania. Henry came. Chatted about his best friends in garden and got one water feature going. Made a card for Dennis. Paris opera singing competition. Mass at St Matthew's Fr Julian going to Selsdon in September.  A taste of honey NT at home very good.
