Birds

 Sat up at 7.30 to do RSPB birdwatch. Carrion crows, feral pigeons, collared doves, 1 blackbird. Where are all the small birds I saw last year? The cat was about. SM, S and B. Hurtado on storms. Hearing

Foot

 Wed Jan 4 Liz to Guys. I went to Mayday for X ray of my left foot. Had to get into some uncomfortable positions!  Swim and took blisterpacks to Superdrug. Mary Beard interviewing Philip Pullman. Picked up Liz at station - she was finished early but has to go back for injection. We both went to West Norwood picturehouse to see Corsage which was beautifully done. I liked the sounds of the houses but not the modern pop soundtrack. Vicky Krieps was excellent as the Empress Elisabeth. Why did they have her jumping off a ship when she was assassinated in Geneva?
