Fr Andrew. The week of prayer for Christian unity has just ended. Did your parish take part? I went to 3 events but only at the Coptic church were there specific prayers for unity! At the Masses I have attended this week only once was it even mentioned!!! Interfaith has taken over. But we do need to work and pray for unity. Revd Sara Goetscher had an interesting take on repentance. You are forgiven before you confess sins. We sang Malcolm Archer's delightful Brightest and best and I used the organ so I could solo out the right hand. I played Walther Jesu meine Freude and Bach In dir ist Freude. Let joy be unconfined. Vigil

 Saturday a memorable day. SM walk in Muswell Hill. To Parliament and met up with Kate, Lyn and Graham. So many people and buggies! The tourist trade has clearly revived. Glad I took my chair and the 2 hours went quickly. Ecological Stations and Rosary and Laudate Deum meditation. William Rhind and animators came. Sean and Ciaran came and Louise and Tom went to a party in Coulsdon. We went to Mass and I spoke to the lady from CAFOD. Petition nearly at 1000! Sunday Lent 1 Played Demessieux on Attende domine which Linda and I sang. Prelude and fughetta Franck. A mosy enjoyable family lunch at Westow House. Lamb and lemon posset. Had a sleep!
