Half term

Swan 20. Pool quite busy. Liz to zumba. I did exercises with Bobby online. Quite energetic. Colette's meeting with Bishop John. Really enjoyed 50 years of the NT from 2013. Henry arrived and Dennis announced it was for 2 nights! He had a bath and went off to sleep quickly. University challenge.

Tuesday S and B. Took Henry to All Saints for day. Belmont retreat on Luke.  LMP zoom. Andy Cole on trombone. Gresham lecture on the Oil shocks and the economy. Zoom about Southwark diocesan Lent groups. They had assumed we have zoom with breakout rooms! As it happens I had to rebook all my zoom meetings as I can no longer use Bruce's one. Gresham exploring the deep sea.

Wed B and S. Henry to All Saints. He seemed quite subdued! Good chat to Clare. Meditation. Watching Winter Olympics and Watercolour challenge. Took Henry's case to Glyn Close. Meeting at St Matthew's West Norwood about Root and Branch. Liz to St Chad's for mass. SSG zoom on the readings in Lent was helpful. Led to a discussion about Passover meals in Catholic church.

Thursday SM, S and B. Stayed home and painted a lot. Liz went to Pilates. Cheltenham prayer. Tai chi with Bako is good - it is chair based and lots on breathing which Toni never did! Churches Trust. Our Lady of Ipswich. Art and Christianity Sandy Nairne and Lucy Winkett on Bill Viola in St Paul's cathedral. Apprentice was good.

Friday winds up to 90 mph so all travel plans cancelled. I did not go to the pool and Lou and boys not coming over. Battled with carpet shampooer to get it apart for cleaning! Turned out that part does not come out! RSCM lecture on vintage hymns. He who would valiant be much comment. I say keep hobgoblin and foul fiend will appeal to Harry Potter fans. Who would dare to change Away in a manger? More painting during SMITF tea. Gresham lecture. Belmont vespers.
