She had enjoyed my short videos. Swim. Liz got passport photo. Woolf Works from the Royal Ballet at West Norwood picturehouse. Max Richter’s music thought Act 3 very beautiful and moving. Puzzled by Act 2. Delicious lunch at Sole Luna papparelle and Liz had rabbit. Nice Italian food store next door. Liz went to UCM. Ash Wednesday practised Bach at Beckenham, delivered letter to Archbishop Richard from the interfaith group, packed cathedral, lively discussion of Dilexi te at interfaith group, the prayer vigil outside the Ministry of Defence and ashes, Byrd 4 part, Purcell and Farrant at St John’s and ashed again, Neil Macgregor on You tube from St Martin in the Fields starting the Lent course. No wonder I slept well!

To art group and started a new painting. Swim. We both went to Croydon Art space - Sandra from the art group has an intriguing work there. Laudato Si’ movement webinar a lot about AI. Interesting zoom about living stones of the Holy Land. Friday A day out with grandson Henry London Eye, river trip to North Greenwich and the cable car. He stuffed a blue teddy bear. Apprentice was good.
