Woke early to go swimming but Liz was worried about it so I stayed home. She fell on the way to Clare's last night and hurt her right shoulder. Saturday Nazareth walk in Holland Park (could not hear Matt well) S and B. To Caterham for memorial service. The deceased had dementia and moved to the son in Portugal. Carols and Christmas music.
