Tuesday Liz went to get nails done. SM, Swk and B. I checked Alan's proofs of Dad's scores and spotted a couple of things. Paul Carr playing at Worsley. Zoom about LCAW 2022 which will focus on Africa. Tires were all down a bit. Quiet time. Gresham lecture on environment and what can be done. SMITF creation course was good but have never had a pet so nothing to say on that. Bake off. V and A museum programme. Wrote to OUP and Mount St Bernard abbey about copyright issues. Earth shot prize part 2. 

Wednesday woke at 6 and dropped off. SM, Swk and B. Started getting ready to go away. Meditation, Decided Orange Tree theatre too expensive for Athol Fugard play livestream. Tablet recommended it! Also not going on buses to St Michael's West Croydon organ recital! Lovely day again. SMITF lecture with Lucy Winkett and Neil Macgregor.

Thursday breakfast and lunch in silence! Good talks on poetry and books from Barry. Did sketching in the garden - grey day. Eucharist was lovely. Watched memorial service for Alan Chalmers from Holy Trinity Clapham. David Hill conducting Bach choir members! Macmillan, Faure, Handel, My love is like a red red rose. Give me sunshine and Nimrod! Biddy watched it on big screen too.

Vigil

 Saturday a memorable day. SM walk in Muswell Hill. To Parliament and met up with Kate, Lyn and Graham. So many people and buggies! The tourist trade has clearly revived. Glad I took my chair and the 2 hours went quickly. Ecological Stations and Rosary and Laudate Deum meditation. William Rhind and animators came. Sean and Ciaran came and Louise and Tom went to a party in Coulsdon. We went to Mass and I spoke to the lady from CAFOD. Petition nearly at 1000! Sunday Lent 1 Played Demessieux on Attende domine which Linda and I sang. Prelude and fughetta Franck. A mosy enjoyable family lunch at Westow House. Lamb and lemon posset. Had a sleep! Evensong Howells Like as the hart. Wierd hymn Christian dost thou see them to St Andrew of Crete by Dykes. Throwdown was good. Ben Fogle in the Congo. Antiques roadshow.
