 Monday SM, S and B. To Crystal Palace to post calendars - far too expensive. Got steradent at chemist. Paul came for lunch and was here for 4 hours. Good to hear young servers are keen to restart but we must all wait until everything is in place. Fine with that. It was an enjoyable afternoon and I took him to the station. Only connect, University challenge. 

Tuesday the whole cake thing blew up a storm thanks to Rizwan and Sarah reacted badly. Tried to find a compromise! Why people can't do what they were asked and what was agreed is beyond me. LMP chat was lovely and the viola and concert agent told us a lot about their world. Tried a bit of COP26 webinar. Also a bit of Cambridge lecture which was dull. Quiet time was certainly needed! Practised piano. Liz had made delicious cupcakes. Excellent Swk spirituality commission zoom with Chris. Nice to meet everyone and old friends like Sr Catherine! Bake off, Yorkshire farm.

Wednesday. Swam 20 lengths. Picked up Jack Lau at Wandle Park tram station. He went to Whitgift! Liz went to Guys. The filming of my parts of the script took 3 hours in my study. It went well and I became more natural and relaxed as we went on. Took him to East Croydon station. Supervision group good chat. Magda suggested we postponed the training and joined Catholic round table which featured Lorna Gold, Bishop John, Carmody Grey and Fr Ernesto in Spain. It was excellent! My whole routine today was disrupted completely. Got hold of Sarah and she apologised for her outburst about the cake. Rizwan as well. I rang John Beckett but they are both too frail to come on Nov 28th - they are 86 and do not fancy a large gathering. Guess what Rizwan rang them as well! He also interfered about chairs. I will leave Jack to film them both on Tuesday! Cooked pasta. I was so tired I dropped off watching Who do you think you are with Pixie Lott. Disabed parking bay in council notices. Wierd replies from councillors about swimming pool charges basically not answering my questions! 

Purley pool is closed. SM, S and B. To art and good work. 2 minute silence.  Sainsbury's do not sell decent shirts! I need collar size 16. Could not get into Martin's prayers. More interfaith group stuff now about the overall cost. We will have about £2000 left after the ceebrations. Excellent LSi' zoom meeting with Magda and interesting discussion about Christmas article. Friday swam 20. Tree man came will give us a quote. More interfaith stuff. SM, S and late in the afternoon B. Draft programme for Nov 28. To Rambling roses to order indoor plants. Offer of 38 seed packets from CCA so I will donate the wild flower seeds and we will pack them next week. Connie will come and help. Emails to secondary schools as Rizwan not doing it. He wanted us to contact councillors - what a waste of time! Watched Bake off and Celebrity masterchef.
